CLASS EXPERIENCE
Our studio comfortably fits 35 students. The room is heated to 96F. We appreciate you showing up a
few minutes early so we can properly organize the room for everyone. Yoga mats are available for
rent.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?
You can register through our website under the schedule tab for classes or walk-in.
CLASS CANCELARTION & LATE POLICY
You have a two-hour window before the start of class to cancel any reservations. If you do not cancel the class and don’t make it, a $15 Late Cancel Fee will be charged to your account. If you have a class pack, a class will be deducted from your package. To save everyone from the mat shuffle we don’t allow late entries. All classes begin on time.
PARKING
There is plenty of parking around back and surrounding the studio.
STORE YOUT BELONGINGS
Non-lockable cubbies are available for your use. Leave valuables in your vehicle and report any suspicious activity to our staff immediately. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
SHOWERS
Showers and restroom facilities are available for use – please clean up after yourself – this is OUR studio.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Ideally you bring a yoga mat, a towel (can be a regular towel or a yoga mat towel), and a water
bottle. Choose to wear clothes you can move freely in and get sweaty.
If you don't own a mat or a towel you can rent them for a small fee at the front desk or ask your instructor for options!. If you want to invest in your own gear, we sell a range of quality yoga mats and yoga towels. We also sell yoga props like straps and blocks. We sell water at the front desk and have a filtered water fountain to fill your own bottle.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We do not offer any refunds. We will take each request on a flexible basis to offer a credit or an exchange that is fair.
I AM NOT FLEXIBLE? CAN I STILL DO YOGA?
It's all about the flexibility of your mind! Remove the urge to compare yourself to others, we are each
built differently and have lived lives - giving each of us different bodies. There are modifications for
every pose, you can ask the teacher after class if a certain shape doesn't make sense in your body.
Once you are in the room you will see blocks and straps - these are helpful tools that can enable us
to open the body in more ways. Take 2 blocks and a strap to your mat, experiment with how they can
work for you. Ask the instructor for options! Ultimately this is a no judgement space, yoga brings peace into the to and you can begin right as you are / where you are.
I HAVE A HEALTH CONDITION. CAN I STILL JOIN?
Many people practice yoga as a way to manage their health conditions. There are many different types of classes which suit different needs and can also be adapted and modified for injuries.
However, if you have a medical condition or injury and haven’t practiced yoga before, we
recommend checking in with your doctor before you begin.
