Class descriptions

Our studio is equipped a Yoga Panel infrared heat system. Radiant (infrared) Heat is healthy heat. Think of standing outside on a warm sunny day – remove the light from the sun and keep the heat. This is infrared heat. Infrared heat is the safest and most effective form of heating the body. Infrared heats objects, not the air, thus making it comfortable to practice yoga as well as increasing circulation and helping the body’s natural processes kick in to eliminate waste and build up of lactic acid and environmental toxins. (Black, 2010).

SOL 2 SOUL YOGA: POWER FLOW | HEATED

S2S Power Flow classes are strength-building, full-body blasts designed to build focus, endurance, and flexibility in a heated practice room. These Vinyasa yoga classes move at a steady pace to keep your practice fluid, creative and energizing. This workout will take your body and mind through a challenging yoga journey. S2S Power Flow yoga classes facilitate breakthroughs in your body and mind, so count on leaving with a sense of energy, empowerment, and community.

SOL 2 SOUL YOGA: SCULPT & FLOW | HEATED

Strengthen Yourself. S2S Sculpt & Flow classes are the perfect blend of yoga and weight training in a warm practice room. A dynamic warm-up will get your heart-rate up and muscles warm, before you dive into an intense, cross training workout that uses dumbbells, bands and body weight exercises to challenge muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular thresholds. Then cool down with some juicy yoga stretches to leave you in a puddle on the mat. S2S Sculpt & Flow is the best of both worlds —a total body workout plus a killer yoga vibe. Expect a fun playlist and loud, high-energy music throughout.

SOL 2 SOUL YOGA: TRX YOGA

S2S TRX is offered utilizing a full TRX wall mount system. Strengthen Yourself by experiencing a yoga practice allowing you to engage muscles that weren't previously activated in a typical yoga practice. This is a great class to do if you're used to TRX and you want to try out yoga. It's also a great class if you've been doing yoga for a while and want to ramp up with some bodyweight strength training. Our TRX class will increase range of motion, eliminate asymmetries, and increase strength! Challenge yourself and join our TRX warriors!

SOL 2 SOUL YOGA: “R & R” (Restorative & Relaxing)

Whether you’re training for a half-marathon, pushing weights, or stuck behind a desk all day, S2S R & R classes are for you. These yoga classes emphasize floor postures to stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body in lightly warm full sensory room. Students who take this yoga class regularly report better recovery, mobility, fewer injuries, improved sleep, as well as reduced aches and pains.

Highly focused, fast paced and intense Power Flow Yoga for when time is limited. A 45-minute class heated with infrared yoga panels.

Highly focused, fast paced and intense Power Flow Yoga for when time is This class is a perfect place to start for anyone who is wanting to learn or practice the basics of yoga.

SOL 2 SOUL YOGA: YIN

Is a style of yoga that emphasizes slow, passive movements and long holds in poses. It aims to work with the body's deeper connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, and tendons.

SOL 2 SOUL YOGA: TRX TRAINING

TRX training involves using straps to create resistance and leverage, allowing for a full-body workout where you can adjust the difficulty by changing your body position or the angle of your body.
